Our Story
I remember being at a friend's memorial and the celebrant playing a song from a generic playlist. I remember my friend saying, "there's no way she would want this song played". It occurred to me that something that defines us so deeply has no way of being passed on to our loved ones once we are gone.
The idea for Swan Songs was born that day.
A few days later I was telling the idea to a friend whose father was battling with Alzheimer's. He was saying that music was one of the ways they reached him and that a song list that was deeply personal would be of great value.
